Sprezzatura Sustainable Wine Dinner!

Updated: Jul 11, 2019

Dreadnought Wines & Palate Partners are teaming up with Jen Saffron ofSprezzatura Catering and Cafe to create a dinner celebrating sustainability in food and wine! Come join us at the former Moose Lodge in Millvale, now the MIllvale Food and Energy Hub, a space dedicated to innovation and creativity in food, the arts, and sustainable energy. Jen’s food will highlight seasonable ingredients from local purveyors and growers, served buffet-style in two phases – the first of which highlighting assorted delectable appetizers and salads, and the second focusing on main dishes and tantalizing sides. Complimentary wine pairings will be furnished from Dreadnought Wines’ portfolio of boutique wineries around the world, again keeping with the theme of sustainable viticulture. Adam Knoerzer, the Certified Sommelier at the helm of educational programming at Dreadnought Wines & Palate Partners, will be on hand to offer a taste of wine education to top off the evening. The four wine selections paired with dinner are sourced from Italy, Spain, and South Africa. The dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, and the price is $55 per diner, inclusive of tax and tip, plus a small ShowClix ticketing fee to be paid upon purchasing your ticket(s). Space is limited, so be sure to book early to avoid missing out!
