The ultimate learning experience. These ultra-premium classes include the crème de la crème of a classy lunch and quick wine education. Each wine is selected based on its superior quality and pairs with a selected menu. This experience is truly a treat to all who attend.

CUSTOM CLASSES
Throwing an Italian themed dinner party? Getting ready for that trip to France? Just want a cool activity for you and your friends? Our custom wine classes are where it's at. We'll host you and your group here in the classroom at our Lawrenceville location and customize our lesson for you.
These classes include a full two hour session, a sampling of 6 wines, and some fabulous bread and cheese to nibble on. Our in-house Sommelier, Adam, will hand select the perfect wines for your party. You may even request him as your teacher!

WINE & ANTIPASTI
Fun and tasty! Your clients can learn a world of lessons during this session. We create an expanded antipasti that includes the classic Italian meats and cheeses, then we add shrimp, veggie salads, olives, nuts, dried fruits, and much more. We can even add some small sandwiches if you like. Then the wine starts flowing. Old World VS New World, All about Cabernet, The Land of Italy...the choices of topics are endless.
