A classic pairing if ever there was one! In these online classes we will explore two cheeses, talking about each type of cheese, it’s history, and how they are made. Cheeses for this class series can be purchased from any cheese shop or grocery store you choose, but we love to support our local cheese shops including the Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, Chantal's Cheese Shop, and others! 

The Culinary Institute of America trained chef and in-house Wine Expert, Deb Mortilarrio, will discuss how to pair these cheese with wines as well as how to use them in cooking where appropriate. We will match both white and red wines in these classes. Each class will have four recommended wines - feel free to purchase one, two, three, or all four!
