In this introductory class led by Sake Sommelier, Deb Mortillaro, you will learn about how sake is made, basic labeling classifications, and what factors are important in the production process that makes certain sakes taste different from others. In this class we will sip our way through different sake styles and explore this versatile Japanese beverage.
