SAKE 101: INTRO TO SAKE
In this introductory class led by Sake Sommelier, Deb Mortillaro, you will learn about how sake is made, basic labeling classifications, and what factors are important in the production process that makes certain sakes taste different from others. In this class we will sip our way through different sake styles and explore this versatile Japanese beverage.

This introductory level course is great for both hospitality professionals and consumers alike and is a great foundation for further study, including the internationally recognized WSET level 1 Award in Sake.
